rob appleby figurative drawings of ballet dancers
Rob Appleby became interested in dance at an art
college with links to a dance college. Figurative drawing always had
been his 'thing' so drawing dance became a natural progression. Rob
tends to draw 'live', very quickly, whilst the dancer is performing.
Rob has had the pleasure of working with the Doug
Elkins Dance Company from New York, and with Union Dance.
He is currently working as a freelance illustrator
and graphic designer,
and also teaches and lectures in Graphics and Art.
Rob is happy to accept commissions. |
