kate penoyreKate had her art education at Bristol College of Art and later at Canterbury College of Art. She exhibits widely and also takes part in the South East Open Studios scheme. Kate says that her “work is a strong response to landscape around where I live and places I have visited. My aim is to make statements that hover somewhere between realism and abstraction”. Kate works in acrylic and also makes screen prints in sizes ranging from 20cm to 100cm. Please note that all Kate's editions are limited to very small numbers so we feel that her work represents exceptional value. Kate has agreed to undertake commissioned work.
