CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery of Framed Art & Canvases for Christmas:

For guaranteed delivery of framed art and canvases in time for Christmas, please place your order before 13th December. Beyond this date it's still very likely that we can fulfill your order in time, but cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of Unframed Prints in Time for Christmas:

UK Orders: Please place your order by the 20th December. After the 20th of Dec we can still courier prints to you, though this may cost extra. Please call us on 01273 472500.

Europe: Please place your order by the 10th December.

Rest of the World: Please place your order by the 4th December.

 
UK:   Free shipping on all orders over £30.00. There is a £4.95 P&P charge on orders under £30.00.
     
European Union:   £6.95 Shipping on all orders to EU countries will be added to all orders over £30.00.

For very valuable artworks / large quantities / oversize prints (where both sides measure over 80cm) we may need to pass on extra shipping costs. However, we will contact you with a quote if this is necessary. If you want to know if a print will incur extra shipping costs, please contact us.

     
Switzerland, Iceland, Monaco and Norway:   Same as above, but we deduct VAT from your order.
     
USA:   Orders under £30.00 have a shipping charge of £4.95. Orders over £30.00, there is a shipping charge of £6.95. With large orders or oversize prints, there may be additional costs involved (insurance etc.), in which case we will contact you with a quote before proceeding.

Because we are a UK based company, our website automatically lists our Value Added Tax when you click the 'buy' button. But don't panic -  VAT is deducted from American orders before we process your credit card, and if you prefer to pay via Paypal, we'll refund the VAT amount back to your Paypal account. Basically, you'll be saving 15% of the print prices seen on our site!

Please note that all prices on the site are in UK Pounds Sterling.
     
Australia and New Zealand:   There is a £4.95 P&P charge on orders under £30.00. Regrettably, after a series of lost packages, we have decided to only send parcels over £30.00 via International Signed for Delivery, with the goods fully insured. If you would like us to provide you with a quote, please contact us.

VAT is deducted from non EU orders before we process your credit card, and if you prefer to pay via Paypal, we'll refund the VAT amount back to your Paypal account. Basically, you'll be saving 15% of the print prices seen on our site!
     
United Arab Emirates:   There is a £4.95 P&P charge on orders under £30.00. For orders over £30.00 we will email you to let you know of additional shipping costs before proceeding.

Japan:   There is a £4.95 P&P charge on orders under £30.00. For orders over £30.00 we will email you to let you know of additional shipping costs before proceeding.
     
Other Destinations:   Shipping charges may apply, but we will endeavour to subsidise any extra charges in order to keep them to a minimum. Please contact us with details of your order, or simply place the order online, and we'll get in touch if necessary.
     
    Please note that we currently do not ship framed art or art plinths outside the UK
     
Duty:   Customers ordering goods from outside the UK are responsible for any customs / import costs incurred.
     
Currency Converter:   If you need to get an idea of the cost of your order in your local currency, there's a very useful currency converter at www.xe.com.
